Pumpkin DIY Kit

Learn how to finger knit a pumpkin with this DIY kit! Not only will you end up with an adorable chunky knit pumpkin and a new piece of fall decor, but you will also learn a new skill!

Who is it for?

Anyone who loves learning new skills, DIYs, knitting or crocheting, getting crafty, etc. You will learn how to finger knit a pumpkin by watching and following a step-by-step video. This DIY kit is perfect for visual learners. You can take your time going through the 47 minute video by pausing, rewinding, replaying, or slowing down the video as many times as you need until you get each step down! If you get stuck, just send us your questions with the email address that is provided in the kit.

What does the kit come with?

All materials for the pumpkin are included. All you need is a pair of scissors! The kit includes yarn (3 different color options), poly-fil for the stuffing, and a QR code/link to the video tutorial.

There are 3 different pumpkin kit options to choose from:

• Ivory
• Spiced persimmon (burnt orange color)
• Candy corn pumpkin (triple-colored pumpkin: white, yellow, and spiced persimmon)
  • *Hack: The candy corn pumpkin DIY kit can also be used to make individual colored small pumpkins (i.e. 1 small white pumpkin, 1 small yellow, and 1 small spiced persimmon).

With every DIY kit, you have some freedom to decide which sized pumpkin(s) you would like to make. There is enough yarn in each kit to do ONE of the following options/combinations:

• 1 large pumpkin
• 1 medium and 1 small pumpkin
• 3 small pumpkins

In the video tutorial, I will share with you how to make all three sizes for the pumpkins. The instructions start with making a small pumpkin in a solid color, and then how to make the medium candy corn pumpkin (multicolored pumpkin). If you want to make a small candy corn pumpkin, be sure to watch how to make the medium candy corn pumpkin first so you know how to switch between colors, then go back to the small pumpkin tutorial to follow along.
